Working together smoothly
These terms are designed to provide clarity for bookings while keeping the experience friendly and transparent. By confirming a booking, you agree to these guidelines.

Bookings & Deposits
Dates are reserved once a quote is accepted. A small deposit may be requested for large builds or custom orders and is applied to the final invoice.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits for custom orders may be non-refundable once materials are purchased.
On-Site Requirements
Client provides safe access to the venue, suitable setup space, and permission to attach decorations where required. Outdoor installs may need weather contingency plans.
Payments
Final payment is due on or before the event date. We accept common digital payment methods; instructions are provided with your invoice.
Safety & Conduct
We use quality balloons, sanitized tools, and follow safe practices. We do not provide content that is offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate for children.
Liability
Calgary Balloon Art is not liable for damages caused by improper handling after setup or by extreme weather. We carry standard business insurance for our services.
Advertising Compliance
Calgary Balloon Art maintains accurate business details, avoids misleading claims, and keeps content appropriate for all ages. This site provides clear navigation to contact, privacy, and policy pages to meet Google Ads publisher standards.
